THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE SIGN ONLY! If you would like to have us make multiple signs, you must purchase multiple custom order listings. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNTS


> Paying for this listing acts as a deposit for your custom sign and will be applied to the total of your order. We are happy to work out a payment plan with the customer once the deposit has been placed :)

> This sign will take 6-8 weeks (or more) to complete. This DOES NOT include shipping. 

> Shipping may be added to the final total of the custom sign, as shipping will vary depending on size. 

> We charge by SIZE. The larger you would like your sign the more expensive it will be.

> We charge $80 per square foot. To find the square footage of your sign we suggest using an online calculator. For example, a 13"x13" sign will be $93.60


> To speed up this process please try to have exact design details (ie. fonts) in mind when you order. Feel free to message us with these details once you place your order for this listing :) Pictures help too! We will provide a list of fonts we have available if you're not feeling so creative.

> We will start designing your order within a week of purchase. A mockup will be sent to you for approval and changes can be made as you see fit. Once your mockup is approved, this is your final sign. We are not responsible for misspelling, punctuation, etc. Please review thoroughly before approving.

> Once a mockup has been approved we will send a final invoice which will include shipping. This invoice MUST be paid before production will begin. If the final invoice is not paid within 4 weeks of the invoice being sent to you, your order will be cancelled and you will forfeit your custom order spot. The deposit WILL NOT be refunded in this case.



We reserve the right to refuse making a custom sign for any reason. Your deposit will be returned if this is the case.

Discounts CANNOT be applied to custom orders.

We have SOLE OWNERSHIP of any and all designs we create, including Custom Designs.

We reserve the right to SHARE any and all designs we create, including Custom Designs, on all social media.

We reserve the right to SELL any and all designs we create, including Custom Designs, in any of our retail outlets including our online stores.

  

Here are some more details about our free shipping:

 

  1. Free shipping to Canada & the United States
  2. All shipments are shipped via Canpar OR Canada Post/USPS. If you have a preference please let us know in the 'notes' section at checkout!
  3. All shipments are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. Make sure you leave an active email at checkout to receive these updates!
  4. Orders are shipped and fulfilled within 10 business days after purchase.

 

  

How do returns work?

Glad you asked! First, we want to say that your satisfaction means the absolute world to us. We want you to love your WRD piece. If you don't, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll send someone to come pick it up and your original form of payment will be refunded in full.
