Materials & Care
All of our signs are made with painted 1/8th inch MDF backing and framed with hand cut, stained pine wood.
Wipe with a clean damp cloth to clean. Do not scrub out tough stains, as the paint may discolour.
Shipping & Returns
-Orders ship within 10-14 business days. An email confirmation will arrive shortly after your order is placed.
-Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
-Shipping transit times are between 3-7 days within Canada and 7-14 business days to the US.
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Once a return has been requested, a Williamrae Team Member will reach out to you with a return shipping label. When the product has been received by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your WRD piece. If you don't, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll send you a return shipping label. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full once we have received the return.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to Canada and the US on orders $50+. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $10 in Canada and $15 to the U.S
If you have placed and order but have not received a confirmation email, check your spam folder!
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 10-14 business days. During the holidays, orders ship within 10-20 business days.
Shipping transit times are roughly 3-7 business days within Canada and 7-14 business days to the US.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please make sure you leave an active email at checkout to receive order updates and emails.
How do you make your signs?
Our products are manufactured in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We use a process called silk screening to make our signs. This allows us to get a consistent print with clean and crisp lines on every sign. We cut down all of our own framing material from pine wood, and stain it ourselves. The backing of every sign is painted 1/8th inch MDF. All signs come with a sawtooth hanger for easy hanging.
